Gouda Joke!
A real cheesy blog!
It is with a heavy heart and a CHEESY smile that we sign off for the semester. We are so thankful to have shared this passion and formation of an idea with each other, our classmates, and the people who have gotten involved. Cheese on Wheels is so much more than a company; it is a culture, a relationship, a member of the community, and a result of four young, motivated, and passionate students. We have all grown during our time developing this idea. We have learned a lot about teamwork, what we see as important in a company culture, and the specific things that go into running successful campaigns. We each want to thank each other for putting in so much hard work this semester and for bringing unique talents to the team. We also want to thank our professor, Chris Cooney, for leading us through this project and teaching us the ropes. Lastly, we would like to thank our classmates, friends, and family for engaging in our passion project and participating in our extremely “cheesy” campaigns.

Does cheese really give you nightmares? It's a myth that has burdened cheese lovers for decades. The true origin of the myth has yet to be determined, but there is suspicion that is was derived from on of Charles Dickinson’s characters. Specifically, Ebenezer Scrooge who in the story believed that a “crumb of cheese” was responsible for his late-night visitations.
In reality, there is actually an amino acid in cheese called “tryptophan” that has been proven to lower stress levels and induce sleep. The British Cheese Board conducted a study on this very phenomenon and found no evidence to suggest that cheese causes nightmares. Although, it was discover that eating Stilton cheese may cause some intense dreams. So rest easy and fill up on cheese. There is no reason now not to stop buy our truck and choose a cheesy delight.
